This privacy policy explains how RVL Automation ("we", "us", "our"), based in Belgium, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit our website, purchase our products, or contact us. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection legislation.

5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services, each of which processes personal data on our behalf:
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.) — Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment information securely and is certified PCI DSS Level 1. When you make a purchase, Stripe processes your card or bank details directly; we never see or store this data. Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Brevo (Brevo, formerly Sendinblue) — Transactional email delivery. We use Brevo to send purchase confirmation emails and download links. Brevo processes your email address and name for this purpose. Brevo Privacy Policy.
Both Stripe and Brevo operate under data processing agreements that comply with GDPR requirements. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

- Contact form messages (name, email, message content): Retained for 1 year from the date of submission, then permanently deleted.
- Stripe customer data: Managed by Stripe according to their retention policy. You can request deletion by contacting Stripe directly or by contacting us.
After the retention periods above, data is permanently deleted from our systems.
